Job Overview Modern Decorative (MD) is offering a paid freelance graduate internship monthly award to develop MDs Digital Marketing department. Your goal will be to grow their ambitious business plan currently in its formative stages. MD has been operational for one year in the world of art and antiques. Its business Philosophy and structure include and reward all involved - making this a unique and exciting opportunity to grow with the company. We are offering an ongoing monthly scholarship award plus profit share for someone who has the right experience and ambition in e-commerce marketing to take MD to its next level. You will have a track record of scaling up and driving online e-commerce sales. You will be implementing and building on your previous knowledge and experience. You will be working with an exceptionally experienced free-thinking highly motivated creative team. Working remotely and or at its studio office in Barcelona. Required: The appropriate educational background Proven ability to analyze Md's potential target market and positioning. Identity Branding Objectives. Identify and reinforce business objectives and position MD in the e-commerce market of art and antiques for their target audience. Experience or being able to recruit via HR. Specialist resources as required. Create a clear online marketing strategy that complements the branding identity. Implement the strategy to develop a target client base followed by a substantial increase in sales. Qualifications for Digital Marketing 1+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing. Ideally but not essentially a proven record or be able to communicate a clear vision on how you can add value to MD. Bachelor's degree in marketing minimum 2.1 level Full understanding of all social media platforms Social media management Experience executing paid social media campaigns Support digital marketing activities Work with resources to Create high-quality digital marketing content SEO & SEM optimization inc. usage of Google AdWords etc Knowledge of content management systems and CRM Problem-solving skills Inquisitiveness questioning creative nature towards finding a way in to a target goal.
