Mandatory Skills : Audio Video London, UK Contract 6+ Months- Inside Ir35 Addition Skills : Cisco TelePresence Video Cloud Solutions Video Engineer – Apple – Voice Video Services Team EMEIA. • Ability to ensure the user experience in Apple's offices is at the highest level. • Provide guidance on how to best interact with and utilize Apple's Video Conferencing systems, and support as needed via face-to-face interaction, chat, email, and telephone. • Collaborate with support teams globally to ensure that the Video conferencing systems are maintained. • In-depth knowledge of Networking/IP protocols and ability to identify issues that may arise. • Independent ability to research technical problems and solutions. • Failure diagnosis investigation and fault rectification. • Testing, rectifying any faults and works completed on time. • Exceptional customer service and delivery. • 2 years (min required) A strong knowledge on Mac OS software and hardware, peripherals, and accessories, as well as Cisco Unified Call Manager and Cisco Webex Series devices.
