Must Have : Salesforce, SFDC, Multiple Test Automation tools. Job spec: Responsibilities: Prerequisite : 1. Salesforce Certifications as Consultant, Administrator, and/or Marketing Cloud modules 2. Working experience in SAFe/scaled Agile is must • 12+ years of overall experience includes minimum 3+ years of proven ability to manage a team and 2+ years of experience as a Manager • Participating in preparation of quality assessments, reports, and metrics formulating go-no go statement based on reports and metrics, test progress and defect status. • Presenting test improvements and developments in daily progress meetings including planned vs actual • Effectively collaborate with other consultants, developers, project team and client resources to determine functional and non-functional requirements. • Uses consulting skills, business knowledge and SFDC experience to lead business and functional discussions with both the client and internal teams (during design, build, test) • Multiple full-lifecycle project experience of Salesforce Implementations as a functional consultant • Experience in a project team environment using structured methodologies for gathering business requirements, business processes, data conversions and system interfaces. • Strong experience in client stakeholder interactions, presentations as part of consulting or business development situations • Acting as the main liaison communicating between the team and the rest of the internal and external organization • Develop detailed work plans for engagements, status tracking and reporting, and production of high-quality deliverables for clients • Coordinating all testing roles and responsibilities within teams • Responsible for all Test, Test Tools Development, and configuration management activities • Experienced in enterprise/cloud applications testing; Functional, manual and Test Automation knowledge/experience . • Experience in test planning and strategies Experience/ Understanding in one or more of the following: • Extensive work experience across the various modules of Salesforce Sales cloud, Service cloud, Marketing & Communities/Exp cloud. • Experience in Lightning Framework, Lightning Components and Salesforce Lightning Design System • Knowledge of implementing App Exchange Products. • Create advanced flows and validations to automate business requirements. • Manage data using various data integration techniques between on premise systems and force.com platform. • Experience using data migration tools such as data loader or data import wizard to import data to Salesforce Org • Integration experience using APIs, middleware. • Working knowledge of Salesforce DX or Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines, and configurations • Knowledge of the various domains viz., Airlines, Retail, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Manufacturing, Healthcare, etc. • Salesforce Certifications as Consultant, Administrator, and/or Marketing Cloud modules. Software Testing experience • Experience and expertise in various types of testing like System Testing, Smoke Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing and Compatibility testing • Hands on experience of various test management and defect tracking tools. • Providing advice on testing tools and leveraging them effectively to deliver a successful outcome. • Actively involved in all phases of the testing project like Analyzing system Requirements, Test Strategy Formulation, Test Planning, Test Case Design, System Testing • A proven Salesforce Subject Matter Expert in domain and should be strong in SDLC/STLC • Demonstrated international cross-cultural experience including managing internal and client teams. • Strong communication and analytical skills
