Description:
Key Responsibilities: 1. Engage with key stakeholders to capture business and technical requirements for the core integration and controls 2. Interpret technical and business objectives and challenges to define technical architecture and solutions 3. Document high level and low level designs 4. Present IIQ solution designs for relevant architecture and security approval forums 5. Integrate SailPoint with core systems identified including ServiceNow, Active Directory, LDAP, PAM and other applications 6. Deliver IAG processes including Recertification, Joiner/Mover/Leavers (JML), Access Request, Segregation of Duties, RBAC 7. Configure connectors, rules, workflows, tasks on SailPoint 8. Developing and delivering technical training designed to enable/educate BAU teams and partners 9. Managing project scope, schedule, status and documentation 10. Working with vendors to define and agree any requests for enhancement required by the programme Requirement: 1. 10+ years of professional work experience in Identity and Access Governance (IAG) domain 2. Experience designing and implementing large-scale, complex Identity and Access Governance programmes independently with little oversight 3. Proficient in configuration and implementation of SailPoint product suite (IdentityIQ, Identity AI, CAM, etc) 4. Experience of migrating and consolidating multiple IAG solution to new solution (preferably in house and/or One Identity) 5. Experience of designing and integrating large complex and multi-domain directories setup (AD, LDAP) 6. Demonstrate experience of designing and on-boarding of different applications onto SailPoint using connectors 7. Experience of integrating IAG solution with Mainframe platforms (including RACF, ACF2, etc) 8. Experience of integrating IGA solutions with ticketing system such as ServiceNow 9. Experience of integrating IGA solutions with secrets management/vault technology such as HashCorp vault 10. Experience of integrating IGA with PAM solutions such CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea etc) 11. Experience with the following programming languages: Java, Bean Shell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, and SQL 12. Experience with the following web technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML 13. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) 14. Ability to deliver high quality technical documentation Desirable Skills: 1. HSBC experience 2. Experience of working with global teams
