They now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team and develop their outreach to their existing and potential clients.This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual from an Account Manager or Sales and Marketing Executive background to join a small but successful and growing business and benefit from fantastic perks and progression. THE ROLE: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clientsGenerate new business opportunitiesGaining referrals from existing clientsAttending relevant industry conferences, exhibitions and networking eventsMapping out key contacts within existing clientsIdentifying potential new contacts within new organisationsBuilding brand awareness within these target groupsEnsuring contacts receive relevant and engaging contentInputting to the sales and marketing strategyCreating automated and personalised email campaignsIncreasing exposure on social media THE PERSON: Experience within an Account Manager or Sales & Marketing ExecutiveMust have New Business Development SkillsAn interest or degree in PsychologyAble to proactively manage existing clients to gain additional business and referallsStrong understanding of systems, CRMs and automation email campaignsAn understanding of social media and other marketing channelsConfident to attend conferences and industry events as a brand representativeBe able to produce and deliver high quality corporate presentations both internally and external to key clientsExcellent IT Skills with the full MS Office suite such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are essentialMust be prepared to travel UK wide and visit the head office in London once a quarterAble to work independently and be able to manage own time Get Recruited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
