This team mainly works within Section 42, key responsibilities will be to assess the needs of the individuals with relevant assessments and speak with other services within the council for benefit of the client. About youA Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW within a minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required The successful candidate will have previous experience of working with relevant legislation such as Care Act 2014, MCA, Section 42..
