They are well-known for providing high-quality services and as a result has a loyal client base and brings in good quality and varied work. The firm are looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal to provide direct support to Partners in the busy Property Department.You will be working on your own varied caseload consisting of sales, purchases, lease of land, leasehold management covering commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals, and development work. The firm are looking for a minimum of 1-year paralegal experience within a Commercial Property team, and you must have excellent communication skills and enjoy business development activities. As you develop in this role, you will be involved in helping to build the department further which includes bringing in new clients.
