We are currently recruiting a Kitchen Porter to join our talented team in Bolton. This is a Monday : Friday position with no evenings : a great work/life balance Location: MBDA, Lea Field Way, Bridgewater Ave, Bolton BL5 1EE A DBS/Security Clearance check is required for the successful candidate. Please note, you will be expected to use an on site vehicle, so must have a full UK driving licence. Perks of the job:Company Pension: GBP 12.00 per hour:Full time : 37.5 hours per week:Monday to Friday:Discounted meals on site:MyStaff Shop discounts:Generous Annual Leave, increasing in line with service:EAP in house mental health champion A day in the life of a Kitchen Porter:Aiding the Chefs and kitchen team within food preparation duties and setting up the kitchen ahead of service.:Adhering to the highest standards of Health and Safety as well as Food Safety both with the products that are served and within the working environment.:Supporting with deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely.:Working in the pot:wash area in a timely manner to support with the operational requirements.:Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly. Youll be set up for success if you have::Food Safety Qualifications desired.:Be able to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner.:Be a great communicator both with peers as well as the management team.:Be adaptable and flexible to support with business requirements.:All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
