JOB : Senior Electrical Design Engineer LOCATION : London TERM : Permanent SALARY : circa GBP 50,000 : GBP 65,000 per annum A London based Renewables company are looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The Senior Electrical Design Engineer will ideally have the following attributes: : 2 years' minimum experience designing electrical systems. : Knowledge of hazardous area regulations/ qualifications such as ATEX. : Previous experience with single phase and 3 phase systems. : Proficiency with design packages such as Solidworks and AutoCAD Electrical. : Advanced programming languages such as C++ and Python (not essential) The Senior Electrical Design Engineer's duties will involve: : The design and installation of electrical systems. : Creation of testing documentation, BOMs, schematics, technical drawings and manuals etc. : Verification and validation testing. : The leading of safety assessments such as HAZOPs.
