Most likely you will assist the 20 solicitors, associates, and Partners in the team with their complex caseload but absolutely once you are confident there is the opportunity for you to pick up your own caseload of defendant clinical negligence matters.- When assisting with files your caseload will be high end and extremely varied and will include NHS Panel work and medical malpractice matters.
