M and E Maintenance Engineer : GBP 42,000 : TeddingtonLocation:TeddingtonSalary: GBP 42,000 + Plenty of OvertimeHours :Monday to Friday Days 8AM : 5PM An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Teddington (SW London) has arisen My client are currently recruiting for an 3 M and E Maintenance Engineers to be based in a commercial office located near Teddington working on Landlord services. The candidate will be rewarded with a fantastic package including a GBP 42,000 salary, clear progression path, overtime, pension, and career stability. Duties: : Carrying out daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks : Carrying out daily emergency callout tasks : All Electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS and lighting systems. : Will be required to carry duties on toilets, drainage, tiling and sinks. : Engineers must be able to demonstrate appropriate knowledge of AHU, FCU, UPS, Generators, LV systems, which will include the ability to fault find. : HVAC plant : VAV : VRV : Water treatment : Ballast Changes : Lamping : PAT testing Requirements: : Trade trained with ideally 3 years experience in the building services : City and Guilds Qualified Electrical Level 3 equivalent : Has the will and desire to succeed and learn : Good building services knowledge Package: : 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays : Pension Scheme : Healthcare : First class Training : Excellent People Culture : Fantastic Progression opportunities
