We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join the Locality Team.THIS POST REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION OF A MINIMUM 2 YEAR POST EXPERIENCE.About the teamThis team works with vulnerable adults over the age 18+ with the aim to support and update their care packages within the community.We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join the Locality Team.THIS POST REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION OF A MINIMUM 2 YEAR POST EXPERIENCE.About the teamThis team works with vulnerable adults over the age 18+ with the aim to support and update their care packages within the community. This team does have a exception to work with those within the community, reviewing over their cases and assessing weather they have the appropriate funds in relation to their care package. About youThe successful candidate will have previous experience of working with relevant legislation. A Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW within a minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required.
