Integration with the surrounding community and their natural support networks to ensure social connections is a key priority for the team. The service is led with proactive and supportive management to make sure all cases are met with a strength-based approach.About youIt is imperative to have a degree within Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW with a minimum of three years experience within adult’s Social Work in order to be considered for this role. Experience within a community orientated team lends well to this position.
