Part-Time Nanny Location: Alderley Edge, Cheshire Salary: £18 gross per hour Hours: 7am-9am & 4pm-8pm 5 days per week 30 hours per week. More hours will be available in the school holidays. Start date- as soon as possibleHappy Nest Nanny Agency is currently seeking a nurturing and experienced nanny to join a lovely family in Alderley Edge, Cheshire. As a full-time nanny, you will be responsible for the care and well-being of a young child (3 years old) and an older child (8 years old). This is an excellent opportunity to work with happy and well-rounded children who love outdoor activities, creativity, and learning opportunities.Responsibilities:Assisting the children in getting ready for school and bedEngaging with the children through interactive and educational activitiesProviding childcare and ensuring the children's safety and happinessOccasional overnight stays with prior noticeWorking occasional bank holidays with prior noticeBathing, dressing, and preparing nutritious meals for the childrenTaking care of washing, ironing, and organising the children's clothesGeneral organising of the children's belongingsEnsuring cleanliness and safety of toysKeeping play areas tidyEncouraging the children's development through play and stimulating activities such as creative arts and crafts, singing, reading, and other learning opportunitiesThe family has a housekeeper, allowing you to focus solely on the children's well-being and development. The children enjoy outdoor activities like playing with bubbles in the garden and going for nice alks. It is important to the family that you encourage these interests while providing additional stimulating and engaging activities to enhance their overall development.Requirements:Fluent in EnglishWithin a 40-minute drive to Alderley Edge (SK10)Previous nanny/childcare experience with excellent checkable referencesPossess a current enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undertake oneCapable of working in a sole charge capacityPossess a happy and smiley dispositionExtremely honest, trustworthy, and able to sign an NDA agreementLoyal and discreetMust be a driver with a full clean licence Able to commit 100 percent to the long-term roleHappy around animals as the family have a cat.If you are a dedicated and experienced nanny looking for a rewarding and fulfilling role, working with a wonderful family, then we would love to hear from you.
