Trainee Financial Advisor Our client, a distinguished financial services firm, is seeking a motivated Trainee Advisor who is eager to progress to a Full Advisor position within 18 months. Role Overview: The Trainee Advisor will primarily assist with client services, supporting the management and development of client relationships. The successful candidate will be entrusted with a book of clients and will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive support to senior advisors in managing client portfolios.- Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and assist in developing strategies to achieve them.- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the financial market. Qualifications: - Candidates must be on the path to or have completed their Level 4 qualifications.- A strong interest in financial markets and personal financial planning.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
