You'll be learning technically challenging concepts,then putting them into practice to support your team and develop yourskill set.You'll be working in a collaborative environment with monthlycompany social events (completely optional!) and will be fullysupported by a dedicated talent team and passionate managers. Thecore objectives of this rotation programme is to help you quicklyfind your strengths, give you broad real-work experience, anddiscover the best area of the business in which to kick-start yourcareer. Whatwill you be doing? Thisis a 12 month graduate scheme, split into four sections. 3 rotationsbetween three different teams within Noriker, and a final rotationwhere you will return to one of the three previous teams.Notall rotations will be directly related to Engineering. This is tomake sure you get a broad understanding of what the various teamsacross Noriker Power do, and the function they have in the overallscope of the business.In your first three rotations, you will move between teams that alignwith your skills and education. As well as supporting the day to daytasks of the team, you will also be responsible for completing oneindividual project per rotation. This project will be related to thecore responsibilities of the team and will be used to develop anactual business deliverable, alongside the work of more senior teammembers.For your final rotation, you, your mentor and the teams will agreewhere you would like to join permanently, based on your interests andcapabilities. You will work on your final project with the team, andcomplete an assessment. A permanent contract will normally be offeredat the end of the final rotation.Whichever area of thebusiness you join, you'll always be guaranteed to experiencechallenging real-life roles and projects that have purpose attheir heart. Areyou Eligible? We welcome applications from graduates with any combinations of thefollowing qualifications and aptitudes: You are expected to graduate from a degree course this academicyear, or have graduated within the last three years. We will accept applications from any STEM discipline, but someparticularly relevant courses would be any type of Engineering. Someexamples could be: Mechanical Engineering,Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering,Aerospace Engineering, Controls Engineering, etc. You have a passion for working in the renewable energy sector Some interest in, and knowledge of, battery storage solutions andtechnologies, or power markets, would be advantageous You actively seek out opportunities to achieve and contribute, younaturally enjoy problem-solving and learning You truly believe that hard work has the inevitable consequence ofpositive outcomes You have the legal right to work in the UK without futuresponsorship requirements Sowhat next?
