Great news! We're hiring… Product Manager (FTC) Could this be the job for you? The Product Manager will be instrumental in driving the success implementing a customer-first and personalised strategy to our platform, focusing first on the web platform, and then on the mobile app; partnering with tech in driving success and improvements across all product metrics. This role requires a highly curious, motivated, and competent individual with a proven track record in product management, particularly in developing mobile applications, collaborating with engineering teams and integrating 3rd-party applications. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, customer empathy, technical acumen, and a deep understanding of the digital flash sale / discount fashion ecommerce landscape. Please note: this is a 4 month fixed term contract with the opportunity to extend the role based on the project run-time. What will you be doing? Collaborate with tech teams and business stakeholders to define and champion a customer-centric Product Vision, Strategy & Roadmap. Develop and implement initiatives to drive customer engagement, conversion, acquisition, and retention. Partner with tech and the business to drive personalisation and recommendations, driving uplift in terms of key metrics Collaborate closely with internal business stakeholders as well as tech and design ensure delivery of features and improvements that meet business needs Identify new market opportunities and innovative features to enhance the business offering and improve key customer metrics. Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders for successful feature delivery Communicate product vision and roadmap to ensure alignment and buy-in Lead product development from ideation to post-launch monitoring, including A/B testing Analyze performance metrics and user feedback for iterative enhancements Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive interfaces aligned with BrandAlley's branding Champion user-centric design practices and conduct usability tests to gather valuable insights; roll out improvements based on feedback Use data analytics and KPIs to prioritize initiatives Analyse user behaviour to identify growth opportunities and pain points Support CMO with customer-focused product initiatives and updates across the business Partner with functional leads to drive communication, collaboration, and prioritization Lead by example and foster a culture of learning and development What you’ll bring… Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, preferably in digital marketplaces or ecommerce platforms Passionate about the customer and all elements of the customer experience - a true customer champion Experience in partnering with engineering teams, business analysts Solid understanding of integrating 3rd-party applications and services into digital/ecommerce platforms Familiarity with the flash sale, fashion, designer ecommerce industry and understanding of customer needs and preferences in this domain Experience in Agile development methodologies and working in fast-paced, dynamic environments Proven track record of delivering successful products and driving growth Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making Have an entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in a fast-paced, high growth environment Excellent written and spoken English Detail-oriented with strong organisational and people management skills, able to work well to deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently Demonstrated ability to manage and build great relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Perks of the job… A modern, energetic, dynamic, and sociable office based in London's Shoreditch.
