Department: Marketing Location: Home based, UK Reports to: Marketing Director Hours: 37.5 per week Salary: Depending on experience Role Overview We are looking for a creative and strategic Head of Digital Marketing to deliver a powerful content strategy, skyrocket customer demand and take our ambitious marketing plans to the next level. Key responsibilities: You'll position our content and digital strategy at the heart of customer acquisition through : Content Marketing Strategy - Developing and managing the implementation of a multi-format content strategy for learner and employer audience personas at every stage of the buyer's journey Demand Generation - Attracting, engaging and acquiring new customers by creating original content and communications, informed by market data and insights from ABM tools Lead Nurturing - Designing marketing automation workflows to nurture leads through to MQL and SQL status with high value content and personalised communications Website Management - Delivering the optimum digital experience for learners and employers, maintaining strong SEO performance through on-page and technical best practices, and continuously updating existing blog and website content Campaign Creation - Generating original creative, copy, landing pages and content in a variety of formats to drive brand awareness and engagement Paid Advertising - Planning, executing and distributing across social media in addition to PPC, display and digital channels such as podcasts, aggregators, industry websites, message boards and forums Team Collaboration - Working with cross-functional and sales teams throughout the campaign and customer lifecycle, implementing communication and processes that convert leads into opportunities ROI - Analysing and regularly reporting on marketing performance metrics to measure digital strategy against business-critical KPIs and continuously optimise traffic, marketing qualified leads, conversions and revenue.
