As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner you will have an important role to play in supporting and enhancing primary care service provision.The chosen candidate will be able to choose their own working pattern and hours will be completely flexible, allowing you to work around your current commitments. We have Full-time and Part-time hours available to start immediately.SHIFTS: Shifts available Monday to SundaySHIFT PATTERNS: Long Days - 07.00-20.00 or 09.00-22.00The Role: Complex patient reviews/assessmentsDiagnosing acute and chronic conditionsTreatment of minor illnessesPrescribing and reviewing medicationAdvising on prescribed medicationEvaluating treatment plansManaging conditions holisticallyEnsuring joined-up call for all patients The Person Current NMC Registration12 months minimum UK experience working as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.Advanced clinical knowledge and skills for assessing, diagnosing, and managing complex health conditions.Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advances in healthcare.
