This role would suit someone looking to build on their existing experience of engines, transmissions, hydraulics and electrics. The Plant Fitter will be responsible for the following:- Carrying our services, repairs and updates on existing construction machinery.- Recording and logging defaults and checks.- Communicating accurately with the Engineering team.- Upholding the company image. The ideal candidate for the Plant Fitterwill have the following skills:- A sound mechanical knowledge in plant equipment (Diggers, Dumpers, Telehandlers etc).- Some hydraulic and electrical experience.- The ability to prioritise in a fast:paced environment.
