You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers You will improve the lives of residents and the communities we serve by consistently delivering special resident experiences and to be the best place to work in the care sector To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin As the Peripatetic Home Manager your key responsibilities include: To ensure the delivery outstanding levels of care to all residents in a safe, welcoming, caring and stimulating environment, whilst increasing profitability and developing brand awareness through occupancy and fee rate growthOverall responsibility for all services and, levels of service, provided to the residents through well trained, competent, motivated and excited employeesMaintain excellent relationships with the RQIA complying with legal and statutory requirements and representing the Home as the Registered ManagerAct as an ambassador to represent the heart and face of the home to key decision-makers building a sound reputation within the local community and ensuring yours is the local “home of choice” and working towards excellenceWork with the Regional Manager and wider operational support team to drive sales, margin growth and new service development to deliver consistently positive home performance measured against agreed KPIs The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: Experience working at supervisory level in relevant environment such as Home Manager or Operational RoleCommitment to promoting and developing the highest quality care standards for older peopleExperience of supporting other servicesKnowledge of local and national codes of practice relating to care of older peopleAbility to lead and motivate employees The successful Peripatetic Home Manager will receive an excellent salary of £57,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working through day shifts.
