The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in various aspects of commercial conveyancing, including sales, acquisitions, asset purchase agreements, and commercial lease preparation and negotiation. It is beneficial if the candidate has residential property experience alongside commercial property although not essential. Responsibilities: - Handle all facets of commercial conveyancing cases, from initiation to conclusion. - Draft and negotiate contracts as required. - Be able to utilise Hoowla, case management system effectively. Requirements: You will be a qualified solicitor and have an aptitude in business development. You will have proven experience fulfilling a commercial property solicitor position and at least 4 years fee earning experience, managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters. This is a full-time permanent position and the salary for the right candidate could be up to £60,000 alongside a range of benefits: - Competitive salary commensurate with experience. - Bonus scheme. - Up to 6 weeks of holiday entitlement.
