Some examples of the work the welder fabricator will be working on include; staircases, mezzanine floors, balustrades, rolled tanks, frameworks, screw feeders, base plates, and hydraulics tanks. What is on offer to the Welder Fabricator: Between £15.50 and £16 depending on abilityOvertime paid 150 through the week and double after 12 noon on Saturday up until Sunday evening20 days holiday + Bank Holidays and your birthday offCompany Pension, sick pay scheme and death in service benefitFree on-site parkingHealthcare plan and personal Accident Insurance39-hour working week 7.30 am – 4pm Welder Fabricator duties: Operation of Welding Plant and hand toolsWorking with materials such as mild and stainless sheet metal as well as aluminium.Quality checking of all completed workWorking to a customer demand schedule for on-time deliveries.Working to the highest levels of Safety and Quality.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and make suitable calculations. Welder Fabricator Skills and Experience: Highly skilled in all sheet metal duties, including fabrication, marking, bending, cutting, drilling, forming and general sheet metal manipulationExperienced Welder MIG / TIGCapable of achieving required tolerancesExperienced in the use of guillotine, plasma cutter, rollers & various hand tools etc.Be able to dress finished surfaces to a very high standard.
