The role would suit a Conveyancing Assistant with upwards of 1 years' residential sales and purchase experience.Our client, a highly reputable law firm with offices located in Ilkley, are on the lookout for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their team. The role would suit a Conveyancing Assistant with upwards of 1 years’ residential sales and purchase experience. This is a hands on role, supporting a lead Solicitor on a caseload of residential freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. You will be responsible for dealing with property searches, correspondence, preparing files for exchange and completion and post completion formalities. The role would suit a conveyancing assistant who has experience in a hands on support role, who can confidently deal with property searches, correspondence, land registry formalities and post completion work.
