As the IT Support Engineer you will be working within one of the best known and admired brands in the worlds, where you will be responsible for providing technical support for Endpoint Security Software and System to employees and clients.You will be the main point of contact for a selection of customers and deal with their technical queries via e-mail, online meetings, messenger or call.As the IT Support Engineer you will be working within one of the best known and admired brands in the worlds, where you will be responsible for providing technical support for Endpoint Security Software and System to employees and clients.You will be the main point of contact for a selection of customers and deal with their technical queries via e-mail, online meetings, messenger or call.Skills & experience: MS Windows for Server OS and PC OS skills to be able to troubleshoot software problems in Windows OS.Knowledge of IT infrastructure.Knowledge of Security solution, especially endpoint security solution.Knowledge of Server Hardware and OS, Database. Advantage - Knowledge/on Database MS-SQL. Malicious code analysis or Security Incident Response experience.Windows operating systems and security aexperinece.
