This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established law firm with an excellent reputation on the Defendant Personal Injury market. As a Defendant Catastrophic Injury Solicitor, you will manage a caseload of multi-track RTA and EL/PL matters whilst also working with a Senior Lawyer on a caseload of catastrophic claims up to and in excess of £1m. The ideal candidate should have experience of managing multi track Personal Injury claims and/or experience of assisting on Catastrophic Injury matters. Whilst a defendant background would be desirable, claimant experience will also be considered.
