Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and foster a high-performance culture. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, contracts, and strategic alliances. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to expand the customer base. Key Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
