The successful candidate will provide leadership to a small team of Provider Support Officers who together will help deliver the borough's vision in Social Care.The key responsibilities of this role include: Monitoring and scrutinising Electric Call Monitoring ECM usage from Homecare ProvidersManagement of IT Systems for Social Care including Controcc/IAS/Marketplace and the Care and Support DirectoryProviding reporting/analysis to support the operational contract monitoring and placement data analysis to provide an improved overview of the provider market and increased financial control and support Job Requirements A Bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldProven experience in a managerial role within Social CareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in managing IT systems for Social CareAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Company InformationThis company is a leading provider of Social Care services in the UK.
