Role Responsibilities: Building new and growing existing relationships with key account managersManage multiple open roles in a varied market place at the same timeAttend briefing calls with new and existing clienteleSourcing Candidates and Pre-Screen InterviewsBusiness DevelopmentCompliance Management The Serious Details: Basic salary range between £25,000-£28,000 based on experience plus commissionFlexible & Hybrid working plus early finish on a Friday.Lancashire MIND well being coaching sessions.30 days annual leave inc. of bank holidays increasing by one day each year from your second year of service to a maximum of 5 years.We offer limitless progression opportunities.
