Assistant Manager A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at the new Machine Inn. Key duties include Supporting the General Manager in training and supervising employees. Addressing customer needs, comments and complaints. Adhering to and enforcing employee compliance with health and safety standards. Ensuring all employees are working within outlined operating standards. Confidently manage staff through a busy service and close to include ensuring the security of the building. What do we want you to know about this job Salary from £29,000, based on your experience. Keen to lead your team by example. Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks. Detail oriented. Qualifications A solid restaurant background working within high level establishments. Excellent leadership skills. Excellent time management and organisational skills. 3-5 years of Food & Beverage service experience. 1 year of supervisory experience. Knowledge of ePOS systems.
