We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Lambeth to assist with the appointment of a Payroll Technical Lead, on a 3 -month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £196.00 - £245.00 per day Responsibilities: To ensure the timely, efficient and effective delivery of the Lambeth Payroll Service data file transmission process that meet the needs of internal and external customers and that meet the business needs, priorities and objectives of the Council. Produce monthly employer pension reporting. Manage and implement year end / start of new year payroll processes To manage and ensure the production and distribution to employees/ers of bulk employee/er information Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
