We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Hillingdon to assist with the appointment of an Operations Manager, on a 5- month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £298.00 - £375.00 per Day Responsibilities: To ensure all team members receive the appropriate level of communication to maintain engagement with the Councils vision, priorities and activities. To be responsible for the management of the service delivering a professional, responsive and individualised service to Hillingdon residents requiring housing advice To participate in reception and late duty rotas (outside office hours) as required to ensure that all customers approved for emergency accommodation are placed on the day Responsible for business planning and risk management To take responsibility for the effective management of the allocated department / team budget and carry out detailed budget management on a monthly basis. Implement continuous monitoring of team and individual performance and productivity to ensure the delivery of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are maximised Qualifications: Educated to degree level in a relevant field or equivalent experience Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
