For more information, :mclarens The opportunity We currently have an opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR function based in Heathrow. Reporting to the HR Director EMEA and Global Specialty Lines of Business, the Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for delivering on operational and strategic initiatives across multiple business lines within the McLarens group of companies. They will be accountable for delivering a professional, internal consultancy service to the business, partnering on a range of human resources activities, both locally and internationally, covering the entire employee lifecycle. Working collaboratively with the Senior HR Business Partner team they will execute and deliver key HR initiatives, business line specific projects and be comfortable operating at a strategic level, being a trusted advisor to the business, whilst also delivering on operational responsibilities. About you : Knowledge and Experience Successful Candidates will be CIPD qualified and will have significant generalist experience gained within a multi:site global organisation. They will thrive in a fast paced, high change environment and will have global perspective gained from prior exposure to delivering in an international HR role. Prior experience of M and A activities and change management would be highly desirable. Excellent communication and numerical skills, a keen attention to detail and an organised methodical approach. The ability to work independently and to manage multiple priorities and conflicting demands is critical. We look forward to hearing from you.
