Grab the exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing SW company , where you will lead and improve t ax compliance for Pricefx globally . This is a new role with the scope to make it your own. You will report to the D irector of O perational F inance . You will be in charge of... Ensure Global direct and indirect tax compliance in U nited States , France, Australia, Czech Republic , U nited K ingdom , Germany , Switzerland and any other jurisdictions as required Ensure timely and accurate g lobal filings – both direct and indirect taxes in countries aforementioned Manage external local tax advisor and authority relationships Lead audit relationship for tax with the g roup external auditor Manage and coordinate tax audits Own g roup transfer pricing policy and associated processes Identify and mitigate tax risks Implement and improve tax compliance and processes Manage tax provisions Maintain direct and indirect tax balances on the general ledger Ad hoc tasks as required What should you have to succeed? Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position in a multi-jurisdictional environment Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting , Finance or Tax Excellent communication skills (fluent English), confidence in handling internal and external stakeholders Strong knowledge of tax code, compliance, and procedures for corporations. Good k nowledge of international taxes and complia n ce Strong experience with a variety of tax operations and ability to drive process improvements. Advanced Excel skills are essential Solid organizational skills, including meticulous attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Experience with business strategy, corporate finance, financial analysis, and valuation Operate under tight deadlines, and handle multiple conflicting high-priority tasks T eamwork skills and customer orientation are a key pre-requisite Analytical skills , process thinking and accuracy Proactive approach to problem solving, ability to understand differing viewpoints without losing sight of the goal Location United Kingdom- Remote Opportunity Other job specifics… Full-time employment (permanent contract) Ability to travel up to 10% in EMEA, with occasional international travel What will you love about us?
