The main purpose of this role is to drive quality and maximise plant efficiency by creating processes and procedures in order to ensure the delivery of high-quality products to the end user.What’s in it for you as Quality & Process Engineer Basic salary of up to £52,000Monday – Friday working8 pension10 KPI Bonus 33 days holiday including Bank Holidays40 hours working weekOT also available at a premiumaccredited training and personal development opportunities Main Responsibilities of Quality & Process Engineer Responsible for Quality at plant levelEnsure Group and National requirements incorporated in local standards and proceduresRegular assessment and verification of the constancy of product and process performance compliance with internal and external quality standardsProvide plant level input to Group system and standardsResponsible for managing and performing plant quality testingPermanent monitoring of factory production control Receiving inspection of raw materials, processes, intermediate and end productsResponsible of cleanliness and safety inside the factory 5s Duties of the Quality & Process Engineer Development of Quality within the plantReporting directly to the Plant Manager regarding quality conditioning in the PlantImplementing knowledge of ISO 9001, SAP and ERP systems Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required for Quality & Process Engineer To be able to train and develop a teamExperience of a KPI environmentBasic Production and Quality KnowledgeTime served within Raw Materials
