The role is site:based in Rugby, where all work is completed in:house rather than through third parties. THE ROLE: The company is looking to recruit an experienced, industry:based Electrical Engineer to support R and D and manufacturing departments.Reporting to the managing director, this job involves: : Working with manufacturing, quality control, and supply chain teams to understand current issues and find solutions : Design new electrical items : Review, update, or redesign current electrical items : Testing and development to support quality control, conformance and compatibility : Create documentation, including wiring diagrams and build instructions. KEY SKILLS and EXPERIENCE: : The role requires a broad range of knowledge in electrical and electronic component assemblies, including high:power and high:voltage switched:mode power suppliers and control electronics. : Extensive electronic engineering experience. : Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineer. : Use ECAD software for schematic capture, PCV layout, and wiringdiagram generation. SALARY and BENEFITS YOU'LL RECEIVE AS ELECTRICAL ENGINEER: : GBP 45,000 : GBP 55,000, dependent on experience : Discretionary annual bonus : 23 days holiday (increasing with service) + public holidays + holiday purchase scheme : Company contributory pension : Private medical scheme : Employee benefits and assistance programme.
