Manageable caseloads and regular supervision is standard and the there is high morale within the team, you will also have the satisfaction of being part of a noticeably improving authority. About youThe successful candidate will be highly confident in holding CIN and CP cases including undertaking Section 47 enquiries. Experience working in a LAC team and working with Children and Families on a long term plan is also beneficial.
