Removal of bone fragments, gristle, surplus fat from finished cuts.Using equipmentor machinery when required. Ensure a safe working environment by ensuring that all standards of the Healthand Safety are personally adhered to. Be familiar with the daily production plan andwork as part of the teamto set up the line, complete checks and ensure materials are ready to use. Completing tasks as efficiently aspossible in order to reduce waste and downtime and maximise yields and profits. Actively participate in allrequired company training. Adhere to all GMP standards and maintain hygiene standards throughout theworking areas. Take ownership for personal work and ensure food and hygiene standards are maintained atall times. Be mindful of personal and team responsibilities in adhering to Health and Safety guidelines andreport any concerns to line management.
