Personal Assistant (PA) A GBP 25,000 to A GBP 30,000 + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Pension London Personal Assistant required by a rapidly growing hi tech early stage company. This is a newly created role that is key for the business. This challenging and varied position will involve many aspects to include; day to day office and time management, scheduling meetings, correspondence and note taking for the Director team. This is an exciting chance to positively impact a business. This will be a fast paced and varied role working to support the Director team. You will really be able to witness the results of your hard work in this role. The growing business is about to begin an ISO certification process and your work will directly contribute towards this. The Personal Assistant (PA) Role: * Day to day office and time management, scheduling meetings, correspondence and note taking for the Director team.* Implementing and maintaining office and administration systems.* Data management and filing.* Answering phone calls, responding to emails etc. The Personal Assistant (PA): * Experienced Personal Assistant.* Able to autonomously run the office in a fast growing company environment.* Able to set up and manage policies, programs and procedures.
