Mcphee Staffing is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a luxurious 3AA resort in Staffordshire, for 3x Chef de Partie! Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for creating exceptional cuisine? Then we want to hear from you! About the Role: As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in our kitchen team, working alongside our executive chef to deliver exceptional fine-dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing high-quality dishes to a meticulous standard, following set recipes and plating techniques. Maintaining a clean and organised workstation, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Assisting senior chefs with menu development and preparation. Participating in stock rotation and ordering procedures. Contributing to a positive and professional working environment. We are looking for someone with: A minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar high-end kitchen environment. Excellent technical skills and a strong knowledge of classical cooking techniques. The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines consistently. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to the highest quality standards. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A passion for food and a desire to learn and develop your skills. What we offer: A competitive salary of £650 per week + holiday pay.
