We are excited to be working in partnership with a fantastic client assisting them with their search for an experienced Restaurant Manager for their fantastic 2AA Rosette Restaurant on the outskirts of Preston.We are looking to speak with experienced and passionate managers who have a proven track record of working in a premium environment. Ideal Candidate Profile: - Experience working in a premium dining environment.- Exceptional interpersonal skills.- Passionate about training and developing the team to deliver high levels of service. - Well presented, engaging and outgoing personality. - High level attention to detail, customer service focussed and able to work in a proactive manner to ensure all tasks are completed. - 2 years proven management experience in a similar setting. Role Responsibilities: - Leading and directing all restaurant operations, ensuring efficient and high:level service. - Recruitment, training, development of management team and all restaurant staff.- Overall responsibility of standards throughout the restaurant : Service, appearance, cleanliness. - Driving sales : marketing, incentives, events organisation and promotion.- Maintain a regular presence on the restaurant floor, continuously monitoring and checking on guest satisfaction and resolving any complaints in a productive and professional manner.
