Our client is : Bar and Restaurant Specialists who are looking for an experienced Head of Bars to take the lead on all Bar Operations for all their sites. Its a VERY hands:on role and you will be expected to help out on all sites including evenings and nights. The successful candidate must have experience working within a multi:faceted or complex site, have a hands:on approach and proven ability to work within a fast:paced environment.
