FAMILY LAWYER, NQ: 6 YEARS' PQE, KENT, SALARY UP TO GBP 45,000 DOE.A well:established, regional firm is looking for both a newly qualified Family Solicitor and a Family Solicitor with 6 years' or more PQE. These are permanent, full:time roles with an option to work remotely 1 or 2 days/ week. Job ref: THE ROLE:- The role involves dealing with a variety of private family matters including divorce, adoption, family mediation, disputes concerning children, wealth protection, and advising in cases where clients are the victims of domestic violence. - Successful candidates will manage their own caseload, have excellent time management skills and will be able to prioritise their workload effectively.- An ability to communicate with clients sensitively and to provide advice, guidance and emotional support is essential.
