Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Offering comprehensive secretarial assistance to solicitors - Conducting audio typing - Scheduling appointments and meetings - Communicating with clients and external agencies via telephone - Diary management - Updating the database and general administrative duties as required Ideally the successful candidate will have previous experience in family law alongside a strong secretarial skillset inclusive of proficient typing skills and impeccable organisational abilities.
