To begin with, we are turning corporate employees into teachers and mentor for the non-profit sector. Through our platform, employees deliver the professional training that they receive, allowing them to revise it, anchor their knowledge and develop their soft skills. As we’re onboarding more clients in Q3 & Q4, we’re expecting the volume of initiatives to grow. This is a great chance to learn a lot in a first experience with passionate founders, in an impact project, responsibilities and room to grow. Role Overview As an Operations Intern at be/impact, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operational processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our programs. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks from onboarding charities and companies, facilitating day-to-day engagements, to contributing to the improvement of operational procedures. This position offers a unique opportunity to directly influence the success of our initiatives while gaining invaluable experience at the intersection of corporate learning and social impact. Key Responsibilities 1. Charity and Company Onboarding: • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for charities and companies each quarter. • Track and report on the rate of charities and companies from initial contact to application acceptance. 2. Day-to-Day Engagement and Support: • Promptly answer queries from charities and employees, creating a responsive and supportive communication channel. • Develop and maintain up-to-date support documentation and instructional articles. • Schedule and organize introductory meetings, training sessions, and other engagement activities. • Produce and distribute regular newsletters to update charities and employees on new opportunities and initiatives. • Ensure completion of surveys and gather data to assess satisfaction and engagement levels. • Create and distribute individual initiative reports for both employees and charities. • Create social media content based on the initiatives 3. Process Improvement: • Continuously evaluate and refine operational processes to enhance engagement and training success, based on the feedback and your observations. • Liaise with the Product team to relay findings and feedback into product development. 4. Material Development: • Produce and regularly update support materials and guidelines for trainers and learners to enhance the learning experience.
