You will be responsible for all commercial and operational aspects, managing the profitability of the business. You will also promote a culture that focuses on the customer experience and service excellence throughout all aspects of the business. Working closely with the senior leadership team you will also be responsible for strategic business planning, operational planning and execution and people development.
