The successful candidate will delivery Family Based Treatment for patients suffering with Mental Health issues such as Anorexia, Nervosa and Bulimia.The contract will last for a minimum period of 12-weeks with the likelihood of extension. Part-time hours will also be considered.Job Purpose: Occupational Therapist Pay Rate: £25.00 LTD p/h + £250 Sign-Up Bonus Location: Springs Court Kings Park Hospital Hybrid Working available Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 Hours Part-Time AvailableKey Responsibilities: Post holder will provide high quality and evidence based occupational therapy assessment and interventions, to people who access services and their carers/supporters/family members, in line with the occupational therapy pathways. To facilitate / co-facilitate groups with a range of different young people who suffer from mental health disorders, specifically eating disorders.Complete functional assessments i.e. cooking assessments, community assessments.Good communication skills with Young People, families, and other professionals.Have a very good understanding of risk assessing and risk management.
