The Role: As a Body Shop Technician / Panel Beater, you will play a crucial role in assessing vehicle damage and determining the most effective repair methods. Duties: Evaluate damage and apply appropriate repair techniques. Perform bodywork repair and replacement. Prepare vehicle surfaces, including sanding, filling, and masking. Skillfully mix and apply paint to vehicles. Conduct final polishing as necessary. Requirements: Previously worked as a Body Shop Technician, Panel Beater or in a similar role. Proven expertise in vehicle body repair and painting. Ability to operate both independently and within a team. Efficiency in work processes and ability to meet strict deadlines.
