About the team:As an Adult Social Worker within the Hospital Discharge Team, you will be working with adults within a hospital setting, conducting Care Act 2014 Assessments and focusing on the service user’s needs.You will be working alongside a partnership with other professionals in the service, as – well as a stable and supportive management team.About you: The successful candidate will be a passionate and dedicated professional, with a strong working knowledge of Adult Social Work Legislation. It would be beneficial for you to have at least 3 years’ frontline Adult’s experience.What’s on offer Competitive hourly rate of up to £43.78 per hour.Opportunity to enhance your skillsets and CV.
