The are looking to recruit an experienced RTA Litigation...Im currently working with a well-established law firm in Bolton where several exciting opportunities have arisen. The are looking to recruit an experienced RTA Litigation Fee earner to join their well-established Litigation team. Candidate The ideal candidate will manage and handle their own litigated caseload which will consist of mainly fast track and multi-track litigated credit hire files with a small number of small claims credit hire files. Requirements - Previous experience as file handler/fee earner in RTA Personal Injury. - Vehicle damage/Credit Hire experience is essential. - In depth knowledge of Liability and Quantum. - Ability to work to meet court deadlines. - Proactively managing their task list and ensuring that the firms case management system is used properly. - Working as part of a team as well as on an individual basis. - Organisational and communication skills. - Proclaim use desirable. Based in modern offices in Bolton town centre with great access and public transport links its convenient for commutes and has the benefit of free parking.
